Here's what's coming to Uncle's.
🧀 Mac, Musicals & Misfit Mondays
Starting August 31
Mondays are getting a little weird, and we're completely okay with that.
Choose from delicious mac & cheese topped with chicken, green chile, or pulled pork while we feature a different musical every week.
We'll also be offering All Night Happy Hour for industry folks, teachers, and anyone who deserves a reward for surviving another Monday.
Come be weird with us.
🌮 Taco Tuesday & Live Music
Don't mess with a good thing. Taco Tuesday isn't changing.Enjoy $3 tacos starting at 4pm until sold out, then stick around for live music from Out On Work Release from 5pm to 8pm. Live music. Cold beer. Margarita Specials. We're keeping Tuesdays fun and affordable.
🧠 Wednesday Trivia Night
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Trivia isn't going anywhere, but we're adding something delicious. Along with our Bar Bites menu, we'll be featuring a different dinner special every Wednesday. Smash burgers. Chicken enchiladas. Meatball subs. Green chile creations. Whatever is on the menu, your brain and your stomach both win.Bring your appetite and your smartest friends.
🍺 Kickback Thursdays
Not every night needs to be loud. Kickback Thursdays are all about slowing down before the weekend arrives.
No events. No competitions. No packed schedule. Just good drinks, good conversation, tasty bar bites, and one of those perfect Pagosa evenings that reminds you why you love living here.
🎸 Live Music Fridays
Beginning in October
Live music moves to the 1st and 3rd Fridays from 6pm to 9pm. When the weather cooperates, we'll be under the tent. When it doesn't, we'll bring the music inside. Either way, the music plays on.
🤠 Honky Tonk Night
2nd and 4th Fridays Beginning in October. The boot scooters finally have a home.
We'll clear the floor, turn up the country music, pour some cold beer, and dance the night away.
Pagosa deserves a fun place to dance, and Uncle's is ready to deliver.
🧠 Smart Ass Saturday Trivia 6pm
Starting in September. You asked for more trivia. We listened. Every Saturday will now feature Smart Ass Saturday Trivia.This version is a little edgier, a little sassier, and definitely more adult. Sorry, kiddos. 21+ Only
🎤 Saturday Night Karaoke
9pm to 11:30pm Following Trivia. We'll provide the liquid courage. Whether you're the next country superstar or should probably keep your performances limited to the shower, the microphone is waiting.
🍺 Sunday Funday Beer Bust
Every Sunday from 1pm to 5pm. Sundays are officially for day drinking.
For just $12, enjoy unlimited Mountain Time Lager from 1pm to 5pm, or until the keg cries uncle. Challenge your friends to cornhole, Big Jenga, ping pong, beer pong, or ladderball. Need a little food to balance things out?
We've got $3 hot dogs for that.

Starting Aug. 31st
Uncle's is trying something a little new and a little different on Mondays. Calling all bartenders, servers, retail workers, teachers, theater lovers, artists, night owls, creative souls, and maybe a misfit or two. Join us for Happy Hour all night for industry folks, a different musical every week, free popcorn, and mac and cheese specials. 🎭🍿🧀🍺

Quiz for a Cause
Trivia Night
Join us for Quiz for a Cause, a fun-filled weekly trivia night where your knowledge can make a difference. Each month we support a different local non-profit, with all proceeds going directly to their important work. Gather your friends, test your trivia skills, and help us give back to the community while having great time! Don't miss out on the chance to learn, laugh, and contribute to a worthy cause! Teams can range from 1 person to 6 max. The first question is asked at 6:30pm sharp so arrive early to get settled. If you're hungy, check out our menu for some tasty chicken strips and pizzas. This month we are supporting Seeds of Learning Preschool.

Kickback Thursdays🍻
Kickback Thursdays at Uncle's are your excuse to slow down before the weekend. No events, no competitions, and no pressure. Just Kickback Specials, older tunes, cold drinks, and a comfortable place to relax and connect.
Live Music - Friday 8/21
Soul Fire will be taking the stage in the yard. Come listen to some great classic rock, blues and even some country. This is a great band to kick back and have a beer with.

Fridays at Uncle’s are built different 🔥🍔🎶🍺
Live music in The Yard from 6–9PM with a different band every Friday, cold drinks flowing, and the grill fired up all night. Mountain views, good food, great music, and that perfect TGIF energy.
Then when the outside party winds down…we move the chaos inside 😎
Karaoke and Beer Pong kick off at 9PM and roll till midnight.
Come early. Stay late. Start your weekend the Uncle’s way.

Saturday
Saturdays are getting a make-over this fall. You can see the changes below. In the meantime here's what to expect. Saturday, August 22nd we will have Honky Tonk Night. Saturday, August 29th is our Annual Tacos y Tequila Fiesta. Starting Sept. 5th Smart Ass Trivia will start and Honky Tonk Saturdays will move to Fridays. Keep an eye outon facebook for daily updates.

1st & 3rd Saturday - Smart Ass Saturday Trivia (Starting in September)
Turns out talking trash burns calories.
Smart Ass Saturday Trivia is Uncle's adults only trivia night, held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays at 6pm. Designed for our weekend crowd, this isn't your typical family friendly trivia game. Expect edgier questions, music rounds, visual challenges, cocktails, and plenty of opportunities to prove you're either incredibly intelligent or just exceptionally good at being a smart ass.
The only question is: Are you smart, or just a smart ass? 😏
2nd & 4th Saturdays
Uncle's Honky Tonk Night (Starting in October)
Country Music. Cold Beer. Dancing. That's it. No gimmicks. No smoke machines. No mechanical bull.
Just a dance floor, your favorite country songs, drink specials, and enough boot scootin' to remind you why Saturday nights are supposed to be fun. Know how to two-step? Perfect. Don't? Nobody cares.
We'll keep the music playing until midnight, and if you've got a favorite country song, let us know. Chances are we'll crank it up. There's always a reason to come to Uncle's.
Sunday Funday Beer Bust at Uncle's
Weekends always seem to fly by, so we're giving you one more reason to slow things down before Monday comes a calling. Join us every Sunday from 1 to 5pm for $12 unlimited Mountain Time Lager draft beer, $3 hot dogs, yard games, and a laid back afternoon in The Yard.
Challenge your friends to cornhole, Big Jenga, ping pong, Hammerschlagen, or ladder ball, or just grab a cold beer and enjoy the mountain air.
